Six paths, six themes

Each street leading into the Schuman roundabout carries its own theme, embodied by remarkable European personalities.

The Founding Fathers

Rue de la Loi (Berlaymont side)

This first stretch of the walk honours the statesmen who, from 1950 onwards, designed the political and institutional architecture of a united Europe — from the Schuman Declaration to the creation of the first European Communities.
